Privacy Policy
Khudra (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a mobile app to help groups track and settle shared expenses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage that data.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, and profile details you provide when you sign up.
- Usage data: anonymized analytics about app usage and performance to improve the product.
- Payment/transaction metadata: Khudra does not support payment integrations. Users enter and manage expenses manually within the app, and we do not process or store payment credentials or transaction data on your behalf.
2. How we use information
We use data to operate the service (create groups, calculate balances), improve the app, send transactional messages (receipts, important notices), and with your permission, send marketing communications.
3. Cookies and third-party services
We may use cookies and third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, crash reporting) to understand usage. These services have their own privacy policies — please review them for details.
4. Data sharing & third parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who help run the app (hosting, analytics, payment processors) and when required by law.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure; treat this policy as a description of current practices, not a guarantee.
6. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of personal data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. We’ll show the last updated date at the top of the page.
